Our Administrative Plan and all policies of the Housing Authority are available to view at the SCARHA central office located at 5545 Alabama Hwy 87, Troy, AL 36079, during normal office hours (Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The office is closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm daily and on Fridays).
